The plant spans production, packing, warehouse, quality, microbiology, formulation and development, utility, and assurance areas distributed across functional floors to support organised manufacturing flow.
The premises include epoxy-coated flooring, GMP doors with view panels, fire safety systems, smoke detectors, and dedicated effluent treatment support. The production department is equipped with compression machines, auto coater, conventional coating pan, RMGs, FBDs, octagonal blenders, tablet inspection machines, capsule filling machines, and dry powder sachet filling machinery.
