The plant spans production, packing, warehouse, quality, microbiology, formulation and development, utility, and assurance areas distributed across functional floors to support organised manufacturing flow.
The premises include epoxy-coated flooring, GMP doors with view panels, fire safety systems, smoke detectors, and dedicated effluent treatment support. The production department is equipped with compression machines featuring automatic weigh control (AMC), auto coater, conventional coating pan, RMGs, FBDs, octagonal blenders, tablet inspection with auto-rejection on configured lines, capsule filling machines, and dry powder sachet filling machinery.
